MY STORY

My path into this work was not linear. It was shaped through my own periods of disconnection, healing, unravelling, and remembering. Through navigating emotional patterns held in my body, learning to regulate my nervous system, and reconnecting with my inner truth, I came to understand that healing is not about fixing what is broken, it is about creating safety for what has been carried and never got to be released.

Because I have walked this path myself, I hold space with deep respect for timing, readiness, and the body’s wisdom. I don’t lead from above, I walk alongside. I trust the intelligence of the system and honour what is ready to move, integrate, and soften in its own time.

My work exists to support others in returning home to themselves, with presence, compassion, and self-trust.
