  • We will be doing THREE group sessions where we will dive deep into education, self-awareness, subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, nervous system work, and energy. You will learn tools and practices to better understand yourself while also experiencing energy clearing and activations designed to support your growth and transformation. These sessions are here to help expand your awareness, create shifts, and support you as you move into deeper alignment with yourself.

  • You will receive THREE personalised 90-minute online clearing sessions with Ayesha. This is a space where we go deeper into you! your blocks, emotions, subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, energy, and the areas of your life calling for transformation. These sessions are intuitive, personalised, and created to support you where you are currently at on your journey while helping you move through what may be holding you back.

  • The work continues beyond the sessions. You will receive homework, reflection prompts, awareness practices, and integration tools to help you process and apply what you are learning into your everyday life. This part of the journey is so important because true transformation happens through integration, not just information.

  • Throughout the journey there will also be offline DNA activations and energetic work happening behind the scenes. These activations are designed to support energetic shifts, deeper awareness, subconscious reprogramming, and the unfolding of your next level. Sometimes the biggest shifts happen beyond the conscious mind, and this work is here to support your integration, expansion, and alignment throughout The Activation.

  • You will have access to a private group space where you can connect, share breakthroughs, ask questions, reflect, and feel supported throughout the journey. There is so much power in being witnessed by women walking a similar path. This space is here to remind you that you are not alone while creating connection, support, and community throughout The Activation.

What is the Activation and who is it for?

The Activation is a deep transformational experience for the women who know there is more for them. More depth, more purpose, more alignment, more understanding of who they truly are beneath the conditioning, fear, limiting beliefs and old versions of themselves.

This work is about unlocking the pieces of yourself that have been buried, forgotten or disconnected over time. We work with the subconscious mind, emotions, energy, beliefs, the body, the nervous system, soul and spirit. It’s about understanding your patterns, your blocks, your desires and the things keeping you from fully stepping into your next level.

Inside The Activation there is education, tools, energy work, subconscious work, reflection, healing and expansion. This is not just about learning information, it’s about experiencing real shifts within yourself.

The Activation is for the women who are ready to go deeper. The women who are tired of repeating the same cycles, shrinking themselves or feeling disconnected from who they are. The women who know they are here for more and are ready to unlock their magic.

This is not for people wanting a quick fix or surface level work. This is for the women ready to meet themselves fully, do the work, move through discomfort, expand their awareness and step into the next chapter of their lives.
